How to properly use a Brinkmann smoker …?
I have a Brinkmann smoker, with the door that my only option to let the air Is preferable to leave the door open to Proped allow the fire to receive the air .. or is it better to close the door to contain as much heat as possible. Thank you bbqer first
Take a look as it should have vents on the bottom to allow air in for a smoker smoke instead of a hot fire. Although the fire burning should be good. If you are cooking, smoking, you may need additional ventilation through the door.
