You can cook indirectly, a Weber Q grill?
Try to choose between an E or Q-310 BBQ Weber.
Both the E-310 Weber (in "Spirit" line of gas grills) and Q grids are large, well-made gas grills. However, they are very different in style, functionality and ability to use indirect methods of heat. Q grids vary from model to model a little. This includes gates, small portable as Q-100 Q-200, and the large size of the standard grid, such as Q-300. The Q-300 includes 2 stainless steel burners, while the small scales Q series have one. For use the indirect heat cooking on a gas grill which needs a burner off for one (or more) is activated. Therefore, cooking Indirect true is not possible in the shortest, the models of burners. For larger models with double burner, you can use heat indirectly by turning off a burner while the other is on. Weber E-310 is a gas grill with three burners in full size. This means that you can easily turn off the burner East, while the two side burners are on. You can effectively use indirect heat to roast slowly any number of large roasts on the grill than half of these grids. Hope this helps.
